The company's continuing policy is to recruit metallurgically qualified staff to strengthen future development and growth. In this way, the company is able to be totally professional in its sourcing, stocking, marketing and advisory roles, with the necessary technical strength to assist customers in their search to locate those alloys best suited to their requirements.

Our metal technologists are also responsible for maintaining the quality of materials, looking ahead to predict trends, initiating many new ideas and to advise on future stockholding strategy. The overall responsibility lies with the company's Technical Director who is a professional metallurgist and Chartered Engineer with fellowships of the Institute of Materials, the Welding Institute and the Institute of Quality Assurance. This experience and knowledge has been central to the growth and success of the company.
