TROJAN®

TROJAN is the ultimate high performance Copper Nickel Silicon alloy. The alloy has been specially developed by careful control of alloy composition, fabrication and heat treatment to optimise excellent service characteristics including high strength, hardness, low thermal expansion, high wear and galling resistance and good dimensional stability, coupled with high electrical and thermal conductivity. These properties along with its good machinability make it a very viable alternative to beryllium copper.

Trojan is manufactured under rigorously controlled conditions to provide a product of uniform and repeatable quality. It is supplied in the fully heat treated condition for immeadiate use, but may, if required , be heat treated by the user please contact us for more details.

Our initial research has shown that TROJAN can out-perform every alternative alloy including beryllium copper in the following area's:
